3 Best Ways to Grill Potatoes

1. Grilling Potatoes Directly on the Grill

Slice up the potatoes. You have the option to peel the skin or leave the skin on. This would depend on your personal preference. Place the potatoes directly on the grill. The potatoes need to be cooked for about 20 minutes before you can serve them. You need to flip the potatoes so the sliced potatoes will not get burned. Once the potatoes have been fully cooked, you have the option to just salt them before serving them along with your roasted food.

2. Grilled Potatoes in Foil

Slice up or chop the potatoes. Place the potatoes in large sheets of foil so you can wrap them up. Add the seasoning and flavor that you want. Make sure not to place items first that might burn like cheese. The potatoes need to be cooked in medium heat for about half an hour. The potatoes may be a bit delicate when you remove them from the foil.

3. Grilled Potatoes Parboiled First

Do you want to cook your potatoes faster? You can parboil them first. You need to slice the potatoes and place them in a pot of boiling water with a dash of salt. Wait about 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes and add preferred seasonings. Cook the potatoes fully on the grill for about 5-10 minutes.
